Reiki is an energy healing modality rediscovered in 1922 in Japan by Mikao Usui. Rather than connecting with one's own energy, Reiki allows the practitioner to connect with their guides and those of the recipient to channel healing energy. Reiki can be administered in a variety of ways, via hands-on sessions, hovering over the body, sending energy over distance or even charging a grid or crystal with Reiki energy. Reiki can also be used to cleanse, clear, and protect a space.

The way I connect with intuitive readings incorporates multiple elements, including oracle cards, runes, a pendulum and at times other elements such as water, smoke, sound and Earth are invited in. These readings can facilitate a deep connection with one's own inner wisdom, but they can also be cheeky and fun as well. Sometimes the guides and the tools can have a sense of humor. No two readings are alike, instead they are aligned with what is most optimal for you in the moment.

Nidra is one of my favorite types of magic. Techincally this is a Yogic practice developed in Southeast and South Asia and brought to the United States in the last century. Through yoga nidra we can connect with the goddess Nidra Shakti to weave together the inner wisdom of mind, body, and soul for a sense of deep restoration and integration. I offer custom-tailored nidras enriched with elements of your choosing that you can keep and listen to as often as you like.
